JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active SC License
Board: BC in Critical Care
DEA: Yes
Certifications: PALS ACLS BLS
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Other Qualifications: Clean background ONLY; Must be out of training and practicing for at least 2 years

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide 24-hour on-campus call coverage on weekends (Sat 7a Mon 7a)
Round with 2-3 pediatric/ED residents and supervise overnight call with 1 resident
Manage medical conditions including cardiac/respiratory arrest sepsis renal failure and poisoning
Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients
Treat traumatic injuries such as blunt force/penetrating injuries fractures and dislocations
