Job Summary

Shift: Weekday schedule only with no evenings weekends holidays or on-call
responsibilities required; Flexible scheduling available based on operational needs

Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

degree required; Current unrestricted Ohio medical license; Board-certified or board-
eligible in Internal Medicine Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine; Previous primary

care experience; Current BLS/CPR certification; DEA certification required or ability to
obtain; Strong clinical assessment diagnostic and patient management skills; Ability to
interpret diagnostic testing and develop evidence-based treatment plans; Strong
communication collaboration and documentation skills.
