Case Mix: Outpatient HIV Primary Care

Service Setting: 100% Outpatient
Support Staff Available: Practice Manager Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses
Research Focus: HIV and LGBTQ Health
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: Competitive (varies by location)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Active California MD/DO License
Family Medicine Internal Medicine Adult Gerontology or Infectious Disease
Valid DEA License and Furnishing License
Current CPR/BLS; AAHIVM Certification required within 18 months of hire
Prior outpatient HIV/AIDS diagnosis and treatment experience
Other Qualifications: Comfortable seeing 1518 patients per day
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive outpatient HIV primary care.
Diagnose and manage HIV/AIDS and primary care conditions.
Provide clinical leadership as Medical Director.
Participate in the shared call schedule.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Deliver compassionate care to underserved populations including the LGBTQ community.
