Growing Mobile Wound Care Practice is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA to provide wound care in Northern New Hampshire! Berlin NH
Join a collaborative mobile wound care team providing specialized care to patients in skilled nursing long-term care and home care settingswhile enjoying an extremely flexible schedule and excellent hourly compensation!
About the Company:
- Established mobile wound care organization serving patients across New Hampshire
- Collaborative team of 4 APPs and 2 Medical Directors
- Provides specialized wound care to patients in SNF LTC and home care settings
- Focused on treating complex and chronic wounds and helping patients avoid unnecessary hospitalizations
- Providers are supported with comprehensive wound care training
- Uses advanced wound care modalities including UltraMIST along with other evidence-based treatment options
About the Position:
- Provide mobile wound care to patients throughout Coos County
- Treat chronic and complex wounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities Long-term Care and some home care
- Part-time position 2-3 days/week Extremely flexible scheduling
- Utilize advanced wound care modalities and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient
- No prior wound care experience required - wound care training and ongoing clinical support
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients who may otherwise have limited access to specialized wound care
Compensation:
- $90-110/hour
- Mileage reimbursement
- Flexible part-time schedule with potential for full-time employment
Job Qualifications:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
- 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Wound care or Urgent Care experience is a plus but not required
- Must be comfortable working independently while collaborating with Medical Directors and the broader clinical team
