Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) Orthopedics (Hand Wrist & Elbow)

Full-Time Monday-Friday

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with an interest in orthopedics and sports medicine to join our growing collaborative team.

  • Evaluate diagnose and treat hand wrist and upper extremity conditions and injuries
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and other clinical tests
  • Administer injections prescribe medications and provide non-operative treatment options
  • Assist in the management of fractures tendon injuries nerve compression syndromes arthritis and other hand and wrist conditions
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
  • Participate in Operating Room (OR) time as First Assist for hand and upper extremity surgical procedures
  • Collaborate closely with physicians therapists and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
  • Respond to patient questions triage clinical concerns and provide ongoing education

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Active Florida PA-C or ARNP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Orthopedic surgical or hand and upper extremity experience preferred
  • Strong clinical communication and patient care skills
