• 70-bed Level III NICU with advanced technology and a collaborative care model
• Two-facility health system with 7000 annual deliveries
• Cape Coral Hospital provides Level I low-risk delivery services
• Primary responsibilities include attending coverage in the Level III NICU
• Occasional Level I coverage including well-baby care with home backup coverage
• Full range of subspecialty services available (excluding cardiovascular surgery and ECMO)

• Current certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Minimum of a masters degree
• Applicants must have completed or enroll in a one year post-masters Neonatal PA training program or have one year of recent experience as a Neonatal PA in a NICU
