JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Active New York Medical License
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • Epic EMR experience required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient Hematology/Oncology care.
  • Evaluate diagnose and develop treatment plans for oncology patients.
  • Administer and manage chemotherapy immunotherapy targeted therapy and hormone therapy.
  • Document patient encounters using Epic EMR with AI-assisted charting.
  • Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Perform occasional inpatient oncology consultations as needed.
  • Maintain timely documentation and comply with facility policies and clinical standards
