Physician .5 Trauma .5 General Ortho

• Employed by Deaconess Specialty Physicians multispecialty group of 350 providers.
• Full-time position with $850000 salary guaranteed for first 12 months. Sign-on bonus of $65000.
• Henderson General Ortho (.5 FTE)
• Maintain a minimum of 18 hours per week of direct patient contact along with 2 hours per week dedicated to administrative tasks.
• Trauma Surgery (.5 FTE)
• Fulfill 72 trauma surgeon shifts annually which is approximately 6 shifts per month as stipulated in the contract.
• Competitive productivity-based compensation after the second year. Our specialty doctors have easily exceeded their initial guarantee. Additional quality bonus opportunity after reaching guarantee.
