FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a dependable energetic and patient-focused Physical Therapy Technician (PT Tech) to join our Bristol team part-time.

In this role youll help keep the clinic running smoothly while supporting our Physical Therapists and patients throughout the day. Youll have the opportunity to observe patient care learn more about rehabilitation and gain experience that can be especially valuable for students or individuals considering a future career in healthcare.

As a Physical Therapy Technician youll play an important role in creating a positive and organized experience for our patients and clinical team. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare treatment areas for patient appointments
• Escort patients to treatment areas and assist with clinic flow
• Help patients safely get on and off therapy and exercise equipment
• Assist with exercises and equipment as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Set up organize and put away therapy equipment
• Clean and disinfect treatment tables equipment and patient areas
• Assist with patient preparation before treatment sessions
• Maintain an organized clean and welcoming clinic environment
• Monitor supplies and assist with inventory
• Complete laundry and linen duties as needed
• Report equipment or maintenance concerns to the appropriate team member
• Provide occasional scheduling and front desk support as needed
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework in Exercise Science Kinesiology Athletic Training Biology or a related healthcare field preferred
• Interest in physical therapy or another healthcare profession is a plus
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Dependable organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a busy team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with equipment setup
