Physical Therapy Technician Mason Clinic (Full Time)

• Work directly alongside licensed Physical Therapists in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Develop hands-on experience with therapeutic exercise patient care and clinic operations.

As a Physical Therapy Technician you will:

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean organized and ready for patient care.
• Maintain a safe clean and welcoming clinic environment.
• Support front office operations including greeting patients scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate patient information as needed.
• Observe patient progress and communicate concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Help create an exceptional patient experience while supporting efficient clinic operations.
• Follow all company policies HIPAA requirements and safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in Kinesiology Exercise Science Athletic Training Sports Medicine or Personal Training is preferred but not required.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) including opening and closing shifts Monday through Friday.
