As our Physical Therapy Tech you will assist licensed therapists in providing therapeutic care and support to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Every day you will prepare treatment areas help patients with exercises and mobility manage equipment and maintain a safe and organized clinical environment as delegated.
To be successful you will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting patient progress and therapist needs within the rehabilitation setting.

- Prepares patients for treatment and participates/assists in patient treatment while demonstrating respect towards patients family members and care givers
- Preparation for IP taking initiative to perform preliminary review of patients status including communication with nursing staff prior to PT OT and/or SLP interventions in order to advise therapist(s) of potential change in patients condition or situation
- taking vitals such as BP PR O2 saturation
- Organizing the room and preparing the patient
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience working in a patient care environment
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
Preferred
- Acute care setting and/or exercise field experience
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
