Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 6-week contract opportunity in Salt Lake City Utah. This role supports patients in a skilled nursing and inpatient rehabilitation setting helping improve mobility strength function and overall quality of life under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy treatments according to the Physical Therapists plan of care
Assist patients with mobility exercises gait training and functional rehabilitation
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
Support safe patient transfers positioning and therapy participation
Document therapy services accurately and collaborate with the rehab care team
Requirements
Active Utah Physical Therapy Assistant License Required
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience required
Skilled Nursing Facility or inpatient rehab experience preferred
Strong communication patient care and documentation skills required
Must be available for day shift schedule and 6-week assignment
