Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team in Liberty MO. Were a locally managed rapidly growing provider with 11 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location and supportive local leadership.

What Youll Do

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across a diverse caseload - orthopedic neurological short-term rehab and long-term care
• Work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to support patient mobility and functional goals
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities

What Youll Need

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus but new grads are encouraged to apply.

New to skilled nursing Many PTAs here treat the same diagnoses seen in hospital settings with more time to connect with and care for each patient.
