What Youll Do

As a Home Health PTA youll work under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality individualized therapy services in patients homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with the established plan of care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises mobility techniques and home exercise programs
• Assist patients in improving strength balance mobility and overall function
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
