About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide individualized treatment and rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting. Our team is committed to delivering patient-centered care that helps individuals improve mobility regain function and achieve their recovery goals.

This position serves a variety of patient populations and supports treatment plans developed in collaboration with physicians and licensed physical therapists.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions according to patient goals capabilities and tolerance levels.
  • Support pre-operative and post-operative spine rehabilitation protocols.
  • Educate patients on proper body mechanics exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with physicians therapists and clinical team members to coordinate quality patient care.
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation during the workday.
  • Participate in department meetings professional development activities and community outreach initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Idaho PTA license or actively pursuing Idaho licensure.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Understanding of and commitment to patient confidentiality standards.
