Physical Therapy Aide

We are seeking an immediate hire for a Physical Therapy Aide at our friendly outpatient clinic.

Core Job duties:

• Assist physical therapists with patient care
• Administer hot/cold packs
• Maintain therapy equipment
• Ensure a clean neat clinic environment
• Greet patients
• Answer phones
• Book appointments

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 years of experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Experience with patient scheduling and physical therapy support
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and transfers
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Understanding of physical therapy procedures and protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Assisting physical therapist with laundry and other clinical duties

Additional Information :

Pay is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Additionally this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Companys incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
