Job Summary
The approach is hands-on and individualized with roughly fourteen patients per day and full one-hour evaluations.
An active California physical therapy license or license eligibility is required and new graduates are welcome. This role is not a fit for candidates whose experience is primarily skilled nursing such as ten or more years in a SNF setting.
- Pay is $42 to $55 per hour.
- A sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement are discussed as part of the compensation conversation.
- Health premiums are largely employer paid at ninety percent for HMO eighty percent for PPO and eighty percent for the HSA plan with dental and vision covered at one hundred percent.
- The practice also offers 120 hours of PTO per year plus seven paid holidays $1000 per year in continuing education reimbursement and a 401(k) with a four percent total employer contribution.
Required Skills:
The Role You will manage a mixed neurologic and orthopedic caseload with full one-on-one visits. Because the practice is owner-led rather than corporate clinicians who take initiative have clear paths to grow into larger roles.
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree (BSc/HND) in: Business Administration Marketing Pharmacy Health Management Public Health Economics Biological Sciences or a related discipline
