What We Are Looking For:
- Active Hawaii license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience (home health experience is a huge plus but we welcome strong clinical backgrounds).
- Excellent communication time management and independent clinical documentation skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
- A genuine dedication to serving seniors and giving back to our local Oʻahu community.
