Alto Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to fill a contract opening located in Winston-Salem NC for $63/hr (taxed non-taxed)

Contract Details:

• Monday - Friday Day Shift
• 34 hours/week guaranteed
• 13 week contract

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Winston-Salem NC. As a Physical Therapist specializing in rehabilitation you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries surgeries and various physical ailments. Your expertise will guide patients through tailored treatment plans utilizing advanced techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance their mobility alleviate pain and improve overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients medical histories and current physical conditions to determine the appropriate rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate with medical professionals including physicians orthopedic surgeons and other therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients recovery.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs incorporating exercises therapeutic activities and modalities to address patients specific needs and goals.
• Monitor patients progress track improvements and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions treatment procedures and home exercises fostering active participation in the recovery process.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy therapeutic exercises joint mobilization neuromuscular reeducation and functional training to enhance patients physical abilities.
• Regularly document patients treatment sessions progress and outcomes in compliance with medical record-keeping standards.

Qualifications:

• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Specialization or certification in rehabilitation therapy is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy Kinesiology and therapeutic techniques relevant to rehabilitation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients families and the healthcare team.
• Demonstrated ability to create and modify treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and relevant software for documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
