Job Summary

Position: Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist)

Salary Range: $45-$50 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist) you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses and improve their overall physical function and mobility. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help patients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities and limitations

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients needs and goals

- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical function and mobility

- Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home

- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new techniques and technologies as appropriate

- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of patient care

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
