Salary: Up to $50 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a team at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Virginia Minnesota. As a Physical Therapist you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain caused by injuries illnesses or surgeries. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of up to $50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans

- Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients strength mobility and range of motion

- Utilize modalities such as ultrasound electrical stimulation and heat/cold therapy to relieve pain and promote healing

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home for ongoing improvement

- Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as doctors and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Qualifications:

- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Minnesota

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist preferably in a SNF setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
