Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time & PRN $7500 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time: $5065/hour plus a $7500 sign-on bonus
PRN: $5865/hour
Shift: Daytime hours

Vertical Health Services is hiring Physical Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in University Place WA. Were a locally managed rapidly growing provider with facilities across Washington - offering one consistent location no travel between buildings and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic neurological short-term rehab and long-term care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility and functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym

What Youll Need

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus but new grads are encouraged to apply.

New to skilled nursing Many PTs here treat the same diagnoses seen in hospital settings with more time to connect with and care for each patient.
