Salary Range: $41.18 - $43.90 per hour

Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday no weekend rotation. Part time schedule can also be accommodated.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients improve their physical well-being and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Physical Therapist you will work closely with patients to assess their needs develop treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing pain relief and functional improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients medical histories physical abilities and functional limitations

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals

- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients strength flexibility mobility and overall physical function

- Monitor and document patient progress adjust treatment plans as needed and communicate updates to the patients healthcare team

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities to promote continued progress and independence

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians nurses and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferably with a diverse patient population

- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems
