Are you a licensed PT ready to leave behind the double-booking productivity quotas and clinic burnout Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists at all commitment levels PRN part-time and full-time to deliver one-on-one care in patients homes in and around Toms River NJ.

What the Job Looks Like:
Youll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Toms River creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling documentation support and coordination you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if youre newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing.
