Position Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Setting: Outpatient clinic
Caseload: Primarily older adults (geriatric focus)
What Youll Do
Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients.
Deliver therapy focused on mobility pain reduction and quality of life improvement.
Collaborate with PT team aides and front office for seamless care.
Document all treatment in EMR per Medicare/insurance guidelines.
Communicate with physicians caregivers and family members as appropriate.
Support post-surgical recovery fall prevention and functional independence.
Qualifications
Current NJ Physical Therapist License (required)
Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT or MPT)
CPR Certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with outpatient orthopedic and geriatric populations preferred
