They are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in Silverdale WA. • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic post-operative sports and work-related injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and helping patients safely return to work and daily activities.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques including manual therapy therapeutic exercise neuromuscular re-education and functional movement training.
• Collaborate with physicians case managers employers and fellow rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain high standards of patient care.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license.
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics musculoskeletal rehabilitation and workers compensation.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.
