- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic post-operative sports and work-related injuries.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and helping patients safely return to work and daily activities.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques including manual therapy therapeutic exercise neuromuscular re-education and functional movement training.
- Collaborate with physicians case managers employers and fellow rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license.
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics musculoskeletal rehabilitation and workers compensation.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first approach.
