caseloads and strong clinical support. We are looking for a PT who wants stability now with the opportunity to grow
professionally as the clinic grows.
This is a one-on-one care model. You will have the time you need to treat patients well orthopedic post-injury
balance vestibular and more without the pressure of high-volume back-to-back scheduling. As a locally owned
FYZICAL clinic backed by a national network you will have access to proven systems specialty training and clinical

Position Overview
This role blends hands-on outpatient patient care with clinical leadership. You will help establish best practices support a
collaborative patient-first environment and continue doing what you do best treating patients while also having a
voice in how the clinic is built how care is delivered and how the team develops.
You will not be doing this alone. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic you will have access to national systems training
and clinical resources plus direct mentorship from our established Queen Anne team to support your success fromday one.

Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized evidence-based treatment plans
Treat orthopedic neurological vestibular balance and post-injury patients in a one-on-one care model
Focus on outcomes patient experience and clinical excellence
Complete accurate timely documentation supported by AI-assisted tools that keep charting at work not at home
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans home exercise programs and injury prevention
Leadership & Clinic Development
Help establish clinical standards workflows and best practices as the clinic opens
Lead by example in professionalism patient engagement and care quality
Mentor future therapists and support team development as the clinic grows
Partner with ownership on clinic growth community outreach and referral relationships
Contribute to operational planning as the clinic expands
Who Were Looking For
Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (required prior to start)
Minimum 3 years of outpatient clinical experience ability to manage a full caseload independently from day one
Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care
Interested in leadership mentorship and long-term professional growth
Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture
Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus but heart for patients always comes first
Experience in occupational rehab post-injury care or workers compensation is a meaningful advantage
Bilingual skills Somali Amharic Spanish or Tagalog are a plus given our patient community
Strong clinicians ready to step into a leadership role and grow into a Clinical Director position are encouraged to apply.

FYZICAL SeaTac is independently owned and operated by Manoj Sureshkumar Area Representative for FYZICAL
Therapy & Balance Centers in Central Seattle. Manoj comes from a background in business operations healthcare
services and people leadership and while he is not a PT he views that as a strength.
His role is to support the clinicians who lead patient care here not to direct it. That means removing barriers making
quick decisions without HR red tape and making sure the clinical team has the tools autonomy and environment they
need to thrive. He believes clinicians perform at their best when they feel trusted heard and not micromanaged.
We are small enough that your ideas matter and you have a say in how we operate. We trust our clinicians to practice the
way they were trained. If you have worked somewhere that did not listen did not support or did not value what you
brought this is a different experience.
