At The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy we have grown to be the largest PT-owned practice in the state and are recognized by our patients as the 5-Star Standard for Physical Therapy Care.
We offer the opportunity to earn $120000 supported by real development structured mentorship and a clear growth path within a clinician-led practice independently operated for over 25 years.

We are seeking confident capable clinicians who are motivated to grow and contribute meaningfully to patient care.

Our Mentorship Program
- Dedicated 1:1 mentorship sessions with a deep bench of highly credentialed board-certified DPT mentors
- Intentional mentor matching and access across a wide range of clinical expertise
- Train to practice at the true depth and breadth of the profession
- Strengthen your ability to evaluate assess and make sound clinical decisions
- Develop decision-making grounded in best evidence provider expertise and patient values
- Expand your clinical lens through exposure to imaging diagnostics and lab data
- Participate in advanced case discussions treatment roundtables and meaningful clinical collaboration
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation (with benefits): Up to $130000
- Salary: Reduced salary for 3 month training period then up to $120000

Schedule & Caseload
- 12 patients per hour - not a high-volume model
- Flexible scheduling: 3050 hours per week
- Option to design a 3 4 or 5-day workweek
- 4 weeks PTO
Development
- In-person CEU courses with industry experts Medbridge access
- Low Patient Volume to support Learning and Development
- 1:1 Mentorship Program with Experienced Clinicians on Staff
