• Schedule Monday-Thursday some Fridays for Child Find evaluations.7:30-3:45pm

About the Role

Hello Physical Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based setting in Pueblo this role youll support students in accessing their educational environment by addressing mobility positioning and functional movement needs. Youll collaborate closely with school teams to help students participate safely and successfully in the classroom and school community.

What Youll Do

• Provide school-based physical therapy evaluations treatment and consultation

• Support students with mobility positioning and access to school environments
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with teachers special education staff and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Recommend adaptive equipment positioning supports and environmental modifications
• Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records

What Were Looking For

• Active Colorado Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

• CDE Special Service Provider (SSP) endorsement required or in progress
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently in a highly part-time setting
