Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time

Location: Wellsboro PA

Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in WellsboroPA. Join a collaborative team focused on helping patients improve mobility function safety and quality of life.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.
• Establish functional goals and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred but not required.
