Physical Therapy Solutions is seeking a compassionate motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic team.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify functional limitations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Develop measurable patient-centered goals and evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality one-on-one physical therapy services to patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Utilize manual therapy therapeutic exercise neuromuscular re-education functional training and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses treatment plans home exercise programs injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Complete timely accurate and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and rehabilitation technicians in accordance with Virginia practice standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with physicians case managers insurance providers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Foster a positive professional and collaborative clinic environment.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain current clinical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications :

• raduated from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current or eligible for Virginia Physical Therapist licensure.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills or a desire to develop them through mentorship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate individualized care.
• Self-motivated positive and team-oriented.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience.
