Shift: Days 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for an Acute Care Hospital setting in Lubbock Texas. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced travelers and first-time travelers looking to expand their acute care experience in a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of acute medical and surgical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility strength and functional independence.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and establish rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with physicians nurses case managers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises mobility techniques and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) License.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Physical Therapy experience.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
