Contract Duration: Travel Assignment

Schedule:

• Day Shift 8 Hour Shifts
• 36 Hours Guaranteed Weekly
• Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week
• Overtime must be approved prior to working additional hours

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient travel assignment in Grants Pass Oregon. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates seeking to expand their outpatient rehabilitation experience in a collaborative clinical environment.

The therapist will provide care to a general outpatient population and may float between nearby clinic locations as needed.

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and general outpatient conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises recovery and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with therapy standards and patient safety protocols

• Active Physical Therapist License required
• PTA candidates accepted
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong communication and patient care skills required
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
