At Concept Rehab youll work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals in a collaborative skilled nursing environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic neurological and medical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize function and independence.
- Collaborate with physicians nursing staff families and the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience is preferred but not required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
