Were seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our dynamic in-house rehab team. Work alongside experienced clinicians in a flexible innovative and evidence-based environment that prioritizes positive outcomes and patient-centered care.

What Were Looking For

• A positive reliable team-oriented PT
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited BS MS or DPT program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• SNF experience preferred but not required
