What Youll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Collaborate with physicians nursing staff families and the rehab team
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
• Help residents maximize mobility independence and quality of life

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Michigan
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
