WHAT YOULL DO:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services

QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
