As a PRN Physical Therapist you will evaluate and treat patients with mobility function strength and positioning needs. Youll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality patient-centered care aligned with APTA standards and state licensure.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients within 2448 hours of physician orders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Supervise PTAs and support care delivery
- Communicate with physicians care teams patients and families
- Document care progress and billing accurately
- Participate in care planning and discharge processes
- Provide staff education and training
- Recommend equipment and support patient outcomes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
- Commitment to professionalism ethics and confidentiality
- Passion for delivering compassionate high-quality care
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
