What Youll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility strength function and positioning
- Supervise PTAs and collaborate with care teams physicians and families
- Maintain accurate documentation billing and discharge planning
- Educate staff and caregivers on restorative programs
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy (BS Masters or DPT)
- Active state PT license (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication clinical judgment and patient-focused mindset
