- Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility balance strength and overall function
- Collaborate with physicians nursing staff families and therapy team members
- Complete timely electronic documentation
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate
- Deliver compassionate evidence-based patient care
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or license eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Experience in skilled nursing post-acute rehabilitation long-term care or geriatrics is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
