• Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility balance strength and overall function
• Collaborate with physicians nursing staff families and therapy team members
• Complete timely electronic documentation
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate
• Deliver compassionate evidence-based patient care

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or license eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Experience in skilled nursing post-acute rehabilitation long-term care or geriatrics is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
