Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapyrequired.

• Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

• Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employmentrequired.

• Required within30 daysof hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
