At Woven Care we are a pediatric outpatient practiceintentionallybuilt so experienced clinicians can focus on what they do best: clientcare mentorship and building the next chapter of their goal is to hire and retain the bestteam and we know to do that we have to do things differently: our clinicianshaveflexibilityintheirschedulesand compensation modelswe workin truemultidisciplinarymodel and we invest in our teams growth through every stage of their know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!

Day to day you can expect 30-60minute one-to-onesessionsthatfoster strong client and caregiver relationships two evaluations per week and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to can expect a productivity of 72.50% oftheirday.

Compensationoptions

Salary ($90000$120000) or pay-per-billed-hour($72to $85/billed hour $90 per evaluation).Wellwalk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9000 annually plus a 2% bilingual increase.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Colorado DORA PT license or eligible to obtain

• 5 years of experience
