We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join an acute care setting in Turlock California. This role offers the flexibility to work exclusively in inpatient outpatient or a combination of both settings depending on your preference and clinical interests. You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics helping patients recover from surgery illness injury and medically complex conditions. Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate diagnose and treat patients with physical impairments in acute care inpatient and/or outpatient settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical conditions
Provide therapeutic exercises mobility training transfer training and functional rehabilitation interventions
Collaborate with physicians nurses case managers and multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
Educate patients and caregivers on mobility safety precautions and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards
Requirements
Active state license as a Physical Therapist in California
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred

Experience or clinical exposure in acute care inpatient outpatient pediatric or geriatric settings is a plus
Strong communication clinical reasoning and patient care skills
Ability to adapt to a variety of patient populations and clinical settings
