Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate assess and treat individuals with physical impairments focusing on improving mobility strength coordination and overall functional independence.

This role involves working with individuals in residential care settings including those with developmental disabilities and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient evaluations and physical assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services
  • Support patients in improving mobility strength and coordination
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and facility policies
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Physical Therapist license (MO)
  • Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in rehabilitation or residential care settings
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
