Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to help patients achieve their functional goals
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans exercises and injury prevention
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Outpatient experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
