Job Summary
Schedule:Per Diem Minimum 2 weekend days per month with some weekday availability
Hours: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Pay Rate:$67.00 per hour
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities traumatic injuries pain or functional limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to restore function improve mobility and relieve pain.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises mobility strategies and recovery plans.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Education:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with aB.S. or M.S. in Physical Therapy.
- Experience:New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- License:ActiveNew York State Physical Therapist licenseor eligibility with a temporary permit.
- Manual Skills:Requires strong manual dexterity and coordination.
- Physical Effort:Very heavy effort; may exert up to 50 lbs. of force.
- Occupational Risk:Some occupational risk due to patient care environment.
- Environment:May involve exposure to noise odors and bodily fluids.

Occupational: Some occupational risk
