Physical Therapist

A great healthcare facility located near Palm Desert California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Home Health team.

Offering $63.00 - $66.00/hour up to $5000 Sign-On Bonus

Physical Therapist Opportunity:
  • Full-Time Permanent Direct-Hire
  • Schedule: Monday Friday
  • Setting: Home Health

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Guide patients through exercises to improve strength flexibility coordination and endurance.
  • Assess the patients living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
  • Teach patients and their families how to execute daily exercises safely and manage chronic conditions.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

  • Must have an active BLS certification or be able to obtain one upon hire
  • Must have a Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Must have an Active California License to practice Physical Therapy
  • Must have at least a year of experience as a Physical Therapist
