Overview:

Assess plan organize and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility relieve pain and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

• Bachelors Degree (Required)
• Masters Degree (Preferred)

• Doctorate Degree In Physical Therapy

• Physical Therapy License (Required)

• Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
• Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
• Initiate develop and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members patients and family members to improve patient outcomes.
• Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
• Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103376.00 - $149115.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay overtime shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
