We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team within a dynamic retirement community. This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized evidence-based care in our on-campus outpatient gym serving residents from independent living assisted living memory care and surrounding community populations. The role focuses on helping patients improve mobility function strength and overall quality of life through comprehensive evaluations personalized treatment plans and collaborative care. With all services provided on campus therapists can focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a convenient and supportive environment.

Part-Time Employees are Entitled to:

• 1.5 weeks of Front-Loaded PTO and 6 Paid Holidays

Requirements for this position include the following:

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license
