Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) with pediatric experience to join a reputable outpatient clinic Lake Havasu City Arizona. Responsibilities
Apply strong clinical reasoning to evaluate pediatric patients determine diagnoses and develop individualized plans of care based on physician referrals and clinical findings
Demonstrate age-appropriate clinical competencies across a pediatric population adjusting treatment techniques to meet each childs developmental level and specific needs
Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and modify treatment plans as needed based on patient response and measurable progress
Maintain accurate timely documentation of evaluations treatment sessions progress notes and discharge summaries in compliance with state regulations and clinic standards
Collaborate closely with families caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions and promote optimal functional outcomes
Requirements
Active state license as a Physical Therapist
Current BLS/CPR certification
Minimum of 6 months of relevant PT experience within the last 5 years
